Eden's Merger Alliance division has completed the acquisition of a leading regional logistics provider, marking the largest transaction in the group's history. The business will continue to operate under its existing leadership team as a member of the Eden group.
The acquisition gives Eden and its partner companies access to warehousing, distribution and last-mile delivery capabilities, strengthening supply chains across the group and for the clients of its IT and software businesses.
Over the coming months, Merger Alliance will work alongside the management team on a long-term growth plan, investing in technology, people and new facilities while preserving the service quality that customers rely on.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
